The platform is very easy to navigate and perform actions with very little training - both for guest users and admin alike. I've found their Chat Support team to be second to none. They are quick to connect, very knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to see that my questions/issues are resolved, and they are extremely polite while doing so!

I like how simple the platform is to use and how I don't need to train new users in how to find assets and share and download the content. That is really important for me since my users are of varying technical expertise.
